Beschreibung:	Als Pilotprojekt im Rahmen des Global Ocean Data Assimilation Experiment (GODAE) hat GHRSST-PP die Bereitstellung akkurater hoch aufgelöster Meersoberflächentemperatur (SST) zum Ziel. Dies soll auf möglichst effiziente Art durch internationale Zusammenarbeit und wissenschaftliche Innovation erreicht werden. Das 2002 gestartete Pilotprojekt wurde 2009 durch die Gruppe für Hoch-Auflösende SST (GHRSST) ersetzt.
